Sunday Lane is the creative studio, shop and passion project of author and illustrator, Caitlyn Everett. The team behind the brand consists only of Caitlyn and her husband, the pair seamlessly blending illustration with the written word for their range of considered and timeless objects. Universally adored predominantly for its range of artistic prints, Sunday Lane also stocks a stunning range of globally sourced homewares like candles, furniture, vases and other gifts.
Caitlyn’s marriage of word and illustration has seen her create a collection of Zodiac prints, which have developed something akin to a cult following. Each artwork features a delicate illustration that sits above a poetic passage about each star sign. According to Caitlyn, these pieces act as “a guide to self-discovery” and are a “gentle reminder to look to the stars for resolution.” Each is considered and classic and offers a touch of gentle beauty to any space.
What began as something personal for Caitlyn, Sunday Lane has naturally evolved into a beloved brand stocked in over 50 stores the world over. Caitlyn has also lended her creative magic in collaboration with clients such as Spell & The Gypsy, Nikkou Store, Krystle Knight Jewellery and An Organised Life. In 2019, the brand also opened their first store which showcases their collection of homewares and gifts from a range of local makers and creators, as well as their beautiful prints.
Dreamt up by author and illustrator, Caitlyn Everett, Sunday Lane is a store and studio founded on modern-day narratives and darling poetry.
We shine a light on inner uncertainties and inspire sweet affirmation. Our work is a gentle reminder to be kinder to yourself and others.
We are a very small business, just myself and my husband. I write and illustrate our entire collection but have never studied graphic design at university. I graduated with an Interior Design degree instead!
An entire new Zodiac collection, as well as a new product we can’t reveal yet! Stay tuned!
Sunday Lane began serendipitously as a personal project in a time when I needed it most. It has grown organically into something much larger, a collection of both print and product that are now stocked in over 50 stores across Australia. It’s a dream, (that I didn’t realise I was dreaming) come true.Back Next
