When you meet Seb, it’s impossible not to notice his grounded, present energy, so we reached out to ask him about the steps he takes to get into that state of inspired, centered calm.
Ritual one: I’ve introduced a smile in the mirror when I pass it recently which is a new bit, and kinda nice.
Ritual two: I usually get up to a slow relaxation breathing and qi gong practice, outside if it’s not too cold.
Ritual three: After that, I alternate between tea and meditation, or more active and getting out into nature for a walk, run, kayak, surf…
Ritual four: Then some brekky, bit of inspo reading and then into my three goals for the day once I start work.
