My morning routine: Natural Harry

Starting her food journey serving organic smoothies and raw desserts from a caravan on a bush block in Barwon Heads, Harriet is now the author of 3 beautiful books: Natural Harry, Whole, and the newly published Home. When she is not cooking, surfing, or tending her veggie patch with dog Fred, she is busy creating content designed to make people think. Harriet is a qualified health coach and yoga teacher, and has studied plant-based nutrition. We’re pretty inspired by Harriet’s way of life, so we reached out to learn about how she starts her days.

 

Ritual 1: 

I sip on 1lt of warm water with 1 fresh lemon squeezed into it as I do 5 minutes or less of mindful stretching on the floor 

Ritual 2: 

Followed by either a walk, swim or surf. Weather and condition dependent.

Ritual 3:

A try to dry body brush daily so I will do that before a shower for 2 or so minutes.

Ritual 4: 

Coffee then brekkie!
