About the workshop:

In her presentation Soulla will raise awareness on how you can lead a more nourishing, less toxic life by being more conscious and intentional with what you are putting in and on your body. Starting with the food you are eating, to the products that you are putting on your skin, to everything you are inhaling, to your body it’s all information that profoundly affects us at a cellular level switching our genes on and off for better or for worse and impacting future generations. In her passionate approach, she will highlight how to best bridge the mismatch between our ancient DNA and our 8 key lifestyle choices (nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, breath, mindset, the environment in which we spend the most time, and meaningful connections)in order to step into a more vibrant version of yourself. It was her first hand experience as a burnt out corporate lawyer and former ‘hard core’ vegetarian/vegan that was the catalyst to seek an alternative approach to heal herself and her family.
