The founder of Zero Co on Shape The System podcast and Slow Flow Yoga with Future Present Wellness

A weekly round-up of what’s keeping us informed and entertained – recommended with love by the TCS team. This week we’re…

Reading about

What to eat to support your cycle

TCS vendor Bethany Killicoat (founder of The Periodical) published this incredibly informative article outlining the best foods to eat at the various stages of your menstrual cycle, and it’s one we keep re-visiting. You can meet Bethany in person and tap into her wisdom at The Periodical stall at The Conscious Space in March.

Listening to

Mike Smith (the founder of Zero Co) on the Shape The System podcast

We love it when the change-makers within the TCS community connect, so we were pretty thrilled to listen to the Shape The System team chat with the force behind industry-disrupting brand Zero Co. In this easy-to-follow yet content-rich conversation, Mike Smith explained Zero Co’s customer-focused approach, and how a journey to the edge of the earth inspired him to dedicate his career to solving the problem of plastic. STS podcasts are always easy on the ears, but this conversation particularly feels like eavesdropping on two (incredibly well-informed) friends.

Because we can’t help but love getting an insight into the process. Sydney based artist Lola Mott shares the stories of her craft over on her Insta, and it’s a beautiful sight to see. Lola’s currently in the process of weaving one of her signature stunning wall hangings specifically for The Conscious Space event, and we can’t wait to see her work in the flesh.

Bar Pho

Authentic Vietnamese Pho and bone broth, sealed fresh in fridge friendly packaging for you to heat up at home whenever you need a nourishing bowl of goodness. We love Bar Pho’s wholesome, preservative-free approach, and are very much looking forward to tucking into a bowl of hearty Pho at The Conscious Space food hall in March.

Stretching With

Future Present Wellness

Our friends Terri and Tam at Future Present Wellness run a daily schedule of live yoga classes for you to stream from the comfort of your living room. If you (like us) are fans of the FWP approach, you can learn from Terri in person at the Soul & Spirit space at The Conscious Space in March, where she’ll be running 50 minute workshops every morning (you can browse the rest of the programme here).
