Take a breath, press the pause button and immerse yourself in a time of guided self-reflection. Led by Marnie Prowse, the founder of the lifestyle brand Tiny HausLifestyle, and Renée Lynch, Naturopath and Holistic Nutritionist.

Set your intentions, create rhythms, develop boundaries, and overcome destructive habits – to make time to do more of the things you love.  This workshop presents a remarkable opportunity for women to reconnect with what is truly important, to understand ourselves and our needs on a deeper level. When we slow down, decompress and take care of ourselves, we find BALANCE.
In this 60 minute workshop, Marnie and Renee will help you to step off the treadmill

About Marnie:

Marnie Prowse is the founder of the lifestyle brand Tiny Haus Lifestyle.  After realising that happiness wasn’t in the so-called Australian dream, Marnie simplified her life. She started by living with fewer belongings and from there took a simpler approach all around. Fast forward to today, Marnie lives with her husband and two young daughters in a 32 sqm tiny house, living with less yet living a life of more.

Out of Marnie’s lifestyle changes evolved Tiny Haus Lifestyle, her mission-based business that empowers others to simplify, so they can live a life of true happiness.
She’s inspired to spread the simple life message through coaching, writing for various publications, tv and podcast guesting, speaking events, and her lifestyle newsletter and blog.

About Renee:

Renée is a qualified clinical Naturopath and holistic Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). Renée has the unique ability to hold space for clients allowing them to feel heard, supported and empowered throughout their healing journey.
She offers a gentle and realistic treatment approach. She believes in building a strong foundation to health by addressing key pillars such as the food we eat, spiritual and emotional wellbeing, sleep, movement, lifestyle and gut health.

Renée is a mother and fully understands the juggle many of us have day-to-day with personal life and career and our desire to excel at them all.  Renée wants to help as many people as she can to uncover life-changing habits that
will have them leading their happiest and healthiest life.
