David will be guiding practitioners through a thirty minute Hatha flow: a dynamic but accessible class including movement, meditation and breath work. Guests are required to bring their own mat, but bolsters will be provided by Mandala Living.
David has been practicing yoga for over 8 years with his first interest being drawn to the alignment and movement of the practice. During his development and personal journey, he discovered the healing benefits of the practice and formed a deep interest in the subtle energetic level of practice.
Through this love he travelled to both Sri Lanka and India where he spent a few months delving deeper into the teacher training aspect of yoga, studying in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Reiki. David’s classes include a combination of pranayama (breath work), meditation and asanas (postures). His goal is to use his knowledge to help share the practice with people to enable them to experience the benefits of this ancient practice themselves.
