Stress, burnout, exhaustion and disengagement are at record levels. The way we work is eroding our productivity and our wellbeing. But work can be better.
Conscious Work is the first step we’re taking in moving towards a solution. The one day event will take place at Sydney’s Royal Botanic Gardens on Tuesday 20th July, and will bring together experts in the fields of corporate wellness, mindfulness, team building and leadership.
Starting with a talk on how to incorporate pilates into your work day, the varied programme is focused not on radical transformation, but on harnessing existing knowledge to facilitate healthier, happier, more productive and impactful workplaces.
In the beautiful waterfront setting of The Royal Botanical Gardens, thought leaders from across Australia will be coming together for a day of connection and exploration, dedicated to reshaping the way we work.
Through a series of talks, group discussions and workshops, Conscious Work will be an opportunity to examine the way we work, and consider how we can better align our work lives with the meaning, mindfulness, health, happiness, purpose and productivity we all want to achieve. Speakers at the one day event include Cassandra Goodman from Thrive Global, Founder of Of Kin Kylie Lewis and best selling author Dr Jason Fox.
