Our new favourite bottle brand, this Byron born social enterprise is solving a ridiculous amount of issues, and doing so in true Bali-to-Byron, coastal chic style. Each (beautifully designed, stainless steel insulated) bottle purchased funds a day of employment for a Balinese local through Ripl’s partnership with Plastic Bank, and the plastic collected is used to create water filters that prevent the need for bottled water. The ripple effect doesn’t stop there: the employment in the eco sector serves to not only lift Balinese communities out of poverty, but educates them about the impact of plastic pollution. Beautiful bottles for us and a beautiful ocean for Bali – win win win.
