Dr Elise Bialylew is a woman of many talents. As well as being a trained doctor, psychologist and published author (her book The Happiness Plan is an accessible roadmap to a happier life), Elise is the founder of the world’s largest online mindfulness movement. Mindful In May is an annual course which brings together the world’s leading meditation teachers, running daily ten minute meditations to help people across the world achieve a greater sense of inner peace.
