In2thewild offers a growing collection of exceptional tiny houses with tiny carbon footprints. Dotted over regional New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria, city-dwellers don’t need to travel more than three hours to reach a wild destination.
Every house is designed to be an eco-friendly wellness retreat. Each well-equipped with home comforts, delightful interiors and a front-row seat to Australia’s finest landscapes. Step away from distractions and step into the wild where you can reawaken your sense of wonder.
Living offline has become a luxury. Our mission is to reintroduce people to the healing benefits of nature and the importance of looking after our big home.
Our tiny houses are a showcase of simplicity in a world full of distractions, set up in secluded locations where you can indulge in uninterrupted peace. Instead of notifications and endless scrolling, you can seek serotonin from the wonders of the wild. No matter what life throws your way, a few nights under a clear canopy of stars is bound to put everything in perspective.
Living with less – Tiny house living serves as a stark reminder that we really don’t need much to get by. In addition, living simply has been proven to reduce stress and improve our overall mental health. For this reason, we apply a minimalist approach to our interior design so that clutter doesn’t distract guests from feeling immersed in nature.
We support rural communities – Every tiny house provides jobs and business for the local community and traders. Landowners can also generate an income from unused land by hosting one of our tiny houses.
Powered by the sun – Having the lowest possible impact on the planet is one of our core values, which is why solar energy powers our tiny houses. Solar power is a passion project of ours, and why we can offer air-conditioning in our latest house designs.
Work-life balance. Three little words that are so easy to say yet hard to make a reality. A few years ago, three friends with busy lifestyles wanted to create an opportunity to get off-grid, trade Netflix for stargazing and Uber Eats for campfire cooking. Their passion project quickly transformed into In2thewild.
“In2thewild is about slowing down and re-evaluating what is truly important. As young professionals and parents with hectic schedules, we found that nature forces real relaxation and brings you back into the present moment – something we could all use more of. Our tiny houses are simply a vessel for connecting people with a restorative experience that they can tailor to suit their needs.” – Celeste, Founder.
