Our philosophy is to create unique scent experiences, opposing cheap or pre-mixed oils in our offerings. We carefully blend quality perfume and essential oils, with safety and burn stability being paramount. We believe in treading gently, crafting with the cleanest ingredients, while still celebrating the artistry and originality of genuinely authentic hand-made products. We stand behind the intention, integrity and quality of every aspect of Loobylou from product, packaging through to design solutions and our display fit outs.

What problem is your business solving:

To us, burning a candle isn’t only about making your room smell amazing. The act of lighting a candle, taking a moment to make your space a little more beautiful, is a ritual that ignites an intention. Each candle includes a quote for you to contemplate as you light the wick, sending a positive thought into the world.

Tell us three unique things about your business:

1. Our origin story. Loobylou started as an idea in an isolation ward while I was fighting for my life. It became the vehicle I hope I travelled back to life with (cheesy I know, but true!)
2. We really do create our own fragrance blend in a market that re-names others and doesn’t get caught up in the misleading mass marketing saturating the market.
3. I think this poem sums up the course values of Loobylou…
