FAQ

Can I co-brand my space with another business?

No. Each space is reserved for an individual brand. 

What does the stall look like?

If you have chosen to have a stall built by us (good decision!), please refer to the vendor manual for images. Trust us, it looks great.

Can I hang banners at the event?

The use of pull up banners is not permitted at The Conscious Space. We encourage you to think creatively when it comes to presenting your brand. Please refer to the vendor manual for some inspiration.

When do we set up for the event?

All vendors will move in on Thursday the 26th March. We have access to the site from 12pm – 8pm.

Can I courier items to the event?

You may have items delivered to the event on Thursday 26th as long as you are on site to collect and sign for them.

Can I arrange for my items to be collected by courier after the event?

All stallholders + their belongings must be offsite by 8pm Sunday night. No items are to be left at the venue.

How is the event being marketed?

We have a seven-month marketing campaign in the lead up to The Conscious Space. You will see the event featured across print and digital. We take the promotion and support of all the brands involved with The Conscious Space very seriously. It is our mission to raise the profile of all the amazing work you are doing.
